I have some spots left for my basic herbal workshop coming up at the end of April.
Class will begin at 10 AM as we discuss the benefits of basic herbal medicine and cover 30 of “my top safe and effective herbs” you and your family can use for all kinds of problems that may arise. These herbs are all simple to grow and harvest from your own back yard!
These herbs include:
Yarrow, Elder, Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Lavender, Calendula, Comfrey, Plantain, St. John’s Wort, Ginger, Echinacea, Marshmallow, Nettles, Mullein, Cleavers, Raspberry, Chamomile, Thyme, Dandelion, Milk Thistle, Cayenne, Onion/Garlic, Fennel, Basil, Rose, Sage, Milky Oats, Catnip, Valerian and Gumweed.
Lunch will be served at noon and then we will make plant medicine at 1 PM (recipes included). Class will go to about 4 or 5 PM.
