In person services offered in Fairview Utah. I am excited to offer modality services as a massage therapist, holistic health practitioner and herbalist. I offer massage services for women only. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2000. I use trigger point therapy, cupping and deep tissue massage tools to effectively help you in your health needs.

Wellness Consultation – $45
As a Holistic Health Practitioner and Clinical Herbalist I would love to meet with you whether you have a specific need to be coached through or just want ideas to live a healthier lifestyle! In this one hour visit we will be covering nutrition, movement, lifestyle and herbal remedies specific to your needs. You will be emailed a list of suggestions to help you live your best life! 60 minute massage – $75

75 minute massage – $90

90 minute massage – $105

90 minute massage with authentic-touch essential oil and tuning for balance – $150
Includes a 1 hour full body massage and 30 minutes balance work. Through traditional Chinese practices we decide what essential oils are best for you. The oils are applied in specific ways along the spine and feet to enhance vitality in the body.  Then we finish with a balance series using tuning forks. Plan to walk away refreshed and relaxed!
