Fall Bulk Food Order is Open!

You can always send me a message through my website contact page and let me know what you would like to add to the list and pay after I have gathered enough orders. One Time Only Foraging Workshop for 2026!

One time only for 2026 Foraging Workshop! July 11th!

Workshop includes:
Foraging plants in multiple places
Lunch/Snacks
10 to 12 herbal medicines

We will begin class at 8:30 AM at my home in Fairview (just 1.5 hours from SL) where we will pack a healthy lunch and drive up the canyon to learn to identify local plants. During our time in the mountains we will discuss ethical and sustainable harvesting practices, have lunch and enjoy a guided forest meditation.

Once we have harvested plant material we will come back to my home where I will teach you how to make herbal medicine for you and your family. All materials and containers will be provided. The general number of items to make is 10-12 full size products that vary depending on plants available. You will take home and learn how to make tinctures, teas, decoctions, syrups, poultices, soap and salves/creams for first aid and general health needs.  The class will end between 5 and 6 PM.  Class is limited to 6 people. No refunds offered. Once you pay for your spot you will receive details for the class as the time gets closer.  If there is a waiting list you can receive a refund if someone takes your place minus processing fees.

April Bulk Food Order Open

Edit: I am moving my deadline to get orders in by 3/25/26

Twice a year, I stock up on bulk goods for my bakery. I open up my bulk food orders to you below retail price. Order closes April 10th at noon. Pick up in Fairview and one day pick up in South Jordan.

This is the only time this year I can get really good, imported olive oil from Italy. The order closing date for olive oil is March 22nd.

I need to order 500# Guittard chocolate before I can get it, so if you want chocolate, place your order through my website and click on pay with check. Right before I close the order, I’ll let you know if we can get it, and then you can secure your order with payment anyway you like. There are no tariff fees for chocolate as of right now. I’m not sure if that will change by April 10th.

If you’re looking for the best chocolate to bake with this holiday season I have Guittard Chocolate chips in 5-pound bags available for purchase. Bittersweet, Semisweet, Milk and Gourmet White Chocolate chips. They can be found under the bakery orders tab.
