The Mother Matriarch Workshop – March 8th

I’m looking forward to this workshop on March 8th. I had to reschedule a few things, so the need to combine my mother and matriarch workshops will be one day together. I have 7 spots left. All women ages 20 and up, single or married, are welcome, including nursing mothers.

This workshop is broken up into a discussion, a fun HIIT workout, lunch, and herbal medicine making kit. It will be a full, intensive 8 hour day for just $125. I’m offering this workshop at such a low cost to help share this life changing information with as many people as I can. It will be held in person in Fairview Utah.

Women do not age in a linear fashion. We experience multiple changes throughout our lives that create stress on the body. Our discussion will include how to support those changes from our reproductive years to pregnancy and peri/post menopause. We don’t have to go through our life experiencing unwanted symptoms. I will give you the tools you need to feel strong and energized with improved cognition and overall wellness.

We will discuss effective time management, nutrition, appropriate training for your specific phase (which changes once you hit your 40s), anatomy and physiology, effective herbal remedies, and much more to help balance hormones naturally.
