Perfect birthday or special gathering cake. With a hint of lemon and orange zest this cake is light and flavorful. The berries cut through the sweetness creating a nice balance. Must give 48-hour notice before pick up. Please note in the check out description when you need the cake.
Ingredients: fresh strawberries, organic flour, cane sugar, butter, heavy cream, sour cream, eggs, powdered sugar, corn starch, orange and lemon zest, vanilla, baking soda, sea salt. 2 layered 8-inch round cake.
