Spelt is an ancient grain that hasn’t been hybridized like many other strains of wheat. It has a mild taste compared to other grains like Khorasan or hard red wheat. This bread is delicious and mild, making it a healthy option for sandwiches, toast and more. Ingredients: organic artisan flour (hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour), organic spelt flour, water starter, honey, avocado oil, sea salt. 2 LB loaf.
