Delicious the way it is, but really good with Irish butter! This standard loaf goes with any meal! I love making homemade croutons with it by drizzling olive oil, sea salt and pepper on cut cubes, placed on a tray in a single layer and baked at 400 degrees for 20 minutes stirring halfway. Sooo good! Ingredients: organic artisan flour (hard red wheat flour, malted barley flour), water, starter, olive oil, sea salt. 1.5 LB loaf.
