I love this cake! I have fond memories of my mom making it for us as kids for many years. It is moist and flavorful! The spicey rich texture goes well the cream cheese frosting! Must give 48-hours before pick up. Please note in check out description when you need the cake.
Ingredients: cane sugar, powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, carrots, pineapple, organic flour, pecans, coconut, avocado oil, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon, sea salt. 2 layered 8-inch round cake.
