Description
We will begin with a plant walk in the morning discussing plant degrees, energetics and actions. Our specific focus will be on plants we can use for first aid reasons. Lunch will be provided followed by a workshop where you will make your own natural first aid kit. Items include a first aid salve, bug bite and burn relief spray, first aid poultice blend, liniment blend, first aid emergency tincture and how to close a laceration without stitches and more. The workshop will begin at 9 AM and go to about 4 PM. Lunch is included. No refunds offered. If there is a waiting list and someone takes your place you can get a refund minus processing fees.

Emily is married to her best friend Ryan, homeschool mom of 7 awesome kids, Holistic Health Practitioner in the state of Utah and Traditional Naturopath outside of the state of Utah, master gardener, yoga/pilates instructor, certified clinical and master herbalist, licensed massage therapist, and doula. She is a very passionate advocate of all things Mother Nature!
