Join me for my Family Immunity and First Aid Workshop on Saturday Oct 18th. There is so much you may already have in your kitchen that can be useful for caring for yourself or loved ones. In this workshop we will be discussing what herbs are best for different kinds of coughs and fevers. What to do for heavy viral loads in the body, earaches, supplementing, adding nourishing herbs to our food, how to assist a loved one using herbs for first aid care and much more! A nourishing lunch is included, and you will get to make and take home 8 different items! The workshop will go from 10 am to about 4 or 5 pm.
