This one-day workshop is focused on women who are age 19-40 in their childbearing years. Whether you are planning to have children or not, this class is packed with information to help you balance your hormones naturally so you can feel good all the time. Single women are invited! There is space for everyone and something to learn about you. Here is what you will get: handouts with recipes, a delicious and healthy lunch, a fun active workout and herbal medicine making workshop is included. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to class. The workshop will go from 9 am to about 5 pm. Nursing babies are welcome. $125 for the full 8-hour class.

What we will discuss:
Dispel myths and misunderstandings about women’s bodies.
Discuss the different rhythms and superpowers of women’s bodies and brains. Time management for optimal energy.
Female anatomy and physiology.
Healthy discussion on sex.
Pregnancy and postpartum changes.
Balancing hormones naturally within each cycle.
Eating nutrient dense foods and exercise for each phase of the cycle.
Using natural remedies to alleviate unwanted symptoms.

After lunch we will finish our discussion and end with an herbal medicine making workshop. Here is what you will get to make and take home.
