Join me for my one-day women’s spring retreat in Alpine Utah!

Who this retreat is for:
All women who are 19 years old and older. Whether you are planning to have children or not, or are past your childbearing years, entering the final stages in life, this workshop is packed with information to help you balance your hormones naturally so you can feel good all the time.
Single women are invited! There is space for everyone and something to learn about you. Nursing mothers are also welcome to bring their infant babies.

The class includes discussions on multiple topics, 30 min strength training and HIIT workout, lunch, my extensive 40-page handout and an herbal medicine making workshop. Please bring a yoga mat, good shoes and a water bottle. Class will begin promptly at 9 am and go to about 5 pm. $175 for the full 8- hour class.

The time to prepare for the next 10, 20 and 30+ years is much sooner than you might think. We are setting the stage for how we will experience life as we get older. Even if you are past menopause there are things you can still do to maintain a healthy body and mind.

I have taken a deep dive into researching this information through several certification courses over the last several months that have led me to create this workshop. I have been so impacted by it that I want to share with as many people as I can! My hope is that you will utilize this information to improve your quality of life through your 20s all the way past your 60s in the final change of life.

What we will discuss:
Dispel myths and misunderstandings about women’s bodies.
Discuss the different rhythms and superpowers of women’s bodies and brains. Time management for optimal energy.
Female anatomy and physiology and how things change for women over the years.
Signs of dominant or deficient hormones.
Guest Speaker: McKenna Wooley on Sacred Feminine Sexuality.
Pregnancy and postpartum changes.
Balancing hormones naturally within each cycle.
Eating nutrient dense foods and exercise for each phase of the cycle.
Using natural remedies to alleviate unwanted symptoms.
Historical views of menopause and how we can change our socio-cultural perceptions.
Rhythms and moon cycles.
Changes and symptoms of perimenopause and how to support them naturally.
Proper nutrition and exercise for your specific stage in life.
Discussion on how you can encourage other women to be able to look forward to the final change in life.

Emily is married to her best friend Ryan, homeschool mom of 7 awesome kids, Holistic Health Practitioner in the state of Utah and Traditional Naturopath outside of the state of Utah, master gardener, yoga/pilates instructor, certified clinical and master herbalist, licensed massage therapist, and doula.
