Join me for the 2025 annual Women’s Retreat! 3 days and 3 nights!

Attention: I need to fill 8 of the 12 spots to hold the retreat.

Rejuvenate and restore your batteries!

Join us for a beautiful weekend in Spring City, Utah, September 10th – 13th. We will be staying in a beautiful home which includes a two-bedroom apartment, 3-bedroom apartment each with their own kitchen, and a shared area with a kitchen, dining, hangout area, and large patio.

This comprehensive retreat includes:
Yoga/Pilates
Nourishing Food
Hiking and Forest Bathing
Foraging
Discussion on balancing female hormones with food, movement and herbal medicine. Learning how to best support our body as it changes with peri and post menopause.
Discussion on healthy scared sensuality
Drum circle and presentation on the spiritual divine feminine.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL – $495 before August 10th. After August 10th the fee will be $595. NO REFUNDS available unless there is a waiting list and someone else can take your place. At that point you may receive a refund minus transaction processing fees. Registration closes September 3rd.

Wednesday September 10th
4 pm Check-in
5 pm – Prepare and eat a healthy dinner
6 pm Clean up
6:30 pm Introduction to the maiden, mother, matriarch phases and intro to syncing our lifestyle with our cycles, time management and anatomy/physiology of a women’s life.
8 pm Gentle restorative yoga
9 pm Quiet time

Thursday September 11th
8 am – Prepare and eat a healthy breakfast
8:30 am – Hike Fairview Canyon (20 min drive) 2 miles with guided forest meditation and possible foraging. Cold plunge option.
11 am Prepare and eat a healthy lunch
12 pm – Discussion on diving deeper into a woman’s cycle as we learn the signs of what hormones do in the body when imbalanced, balancing hormones naturally with herbs, food and movement.
4 pm – Personal time
5 pm – Prepare and eat and healthy dinner
6:30 pm – Guest Speaker – McKenna Wooley – Sacred Feminine Sensuality

Friday September 12th
8 am – Strengthening pilates workout
8:30 am – Prepare and eat a healthy breakfast
9 am – Discussion on deeper dive into peri and post menopause stage of life.
12 pm – Prepare and eat a healthy lunch
1 pm – Discussion continues for perimenopause and menopause support
2 pm – Women’s Herbal Workshop – make herbal preparations to balance hormones and natural skin care.
5 pm – Prepare and eat a healthy dinner
7 pm Guest Speaker – Melonie Cannon – Spiritual wisdom of the divine feminine and drum circle.
9 pm – Quiet time

Saturday September 13th
8 am – Active Yoga flow for the luteal phase
9 am – Prepare and eat a healthy breakfast
10 am – Check-out

 

 

 

Emily Saddler

Emily is married to her best friend Ryan, homeschool mom of 7 awesome kids, Holistic Health Practitioner in the state of Utah and Traditional Naturopath outside of the state of Utah, master gardener, yoga/pilates instructor, certified clinical and master herbalist, licensed massage therapist, and doula. She is a very passionate advocate of all things Mother Nature! Emily maintains a blog called “Sage and Sourdough Wellness and Herbs” where she shares gardening advice, delicious recipes made with fresh, organic ingredients, herbal and natural home care product recipes and loves teaching classes on gardening, plant identification and herbal remedy workshops.
