Description

Come and learn about the benefits of making natural yeast breads, bagels, desserts and more. When we ferment our bread or starter it breaks down harmful acids and gluten that are difficult to digest, making our bread and other foods and nutrients easier to absorb.  You will get a demonstration and taste of artisan bread, bagels, cookies, cake and more!   We will discuss the science of why we use natural yeast and how to be successful in the kitchen. Class will be held at 12 PM where lunch will be served with all kinds of breads, sandwiches and soups to choose from! You will take home your own starter and recipes so you can start making healthy bread for your family.

No refunds available unless there is a waiting list. You may receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees.
