My new line of herbal tea blends and tinctures come from many years of study and research that I feel are beneficial for basic situations that might effect us as we go through life. I have started with 8 herbal tea blends, but if you have a concern or need, I am happy to make a custom formula for you. I have several blended formulas in tincture form, the descriptions are posted below. Some are available now and others will become available January of 2023. Note that tinctures do take at least 4-6 weeks to make from the time of request if you are looking for something specific that isn’t on my list. All ingredients are organic, grown without chemicals or ethically wild crafted. Products are not approved by the FDA and are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nourishing Heart and Mind Tea Blend
This blend is perfect for supporting the heart and the mind through increasing blood flow. It also contains herbs that support the nerves especially in times of stress, anxiety and even grief. Ingredients: Hawthorn leaf and flower, Lemon balm, Oat straw, Rose petals, Ginkgo.

Pregnancy Tonic
This blend is nourishing for both mom and baby as it contains lots of minerals and vitamins you need to stay strong and grow a healthy baby. Perfect for the stress that pregnancy can bring and prepares one for labor, delivery and recovery. Ingredients: Nettle leaf, Raspberry leaf, Spearmint, Alfalfa, Oat straw.

Cold and Flu Fighter
This formula is excellent when used at the onset of illness. I always like to drink a quart when I’m starting to come down with something. Ingredients: Peppermint, Yarrow, Elder berry, Echinacea root, Rose hips, Tulsi (Holy Basil), Ginger root. Not for use during pregnancy.

Moon Cycle Blend
This formula is for girls and women who experience irregularity, heavy bleeding, menstrual cramps and PMS. I like to use it a 5 – 2 days before my cycle begins and throughout depending on how I’m feeling. Ingredients: Yarrow, Peppermint, Raspberry leaf, Chamomile, Dandelion root. Headache Relief
This formula covers some of the reasons why one might get headaches. Although there are many causes for headaches it is important to find out the source so you can address it with the best solution. This formula is best for those who are suffering headaches caused by stress and tension. Some migraine headaches may benefit form this as well. Digestive Calm
This formula is used for feelings of heaviness and irritation from indigestion, gas and bloating. Ingredients: Calendula petals, Fennel seed, Chamomile, Peppermint, Ginger root, Licorice root, Marshmallow root.

Tissue-Bone-Cartilage
This formula is used for injured tissues including, cartilage, ligaments, bones, connective and other soft tissues in the body. The FDA recommends that comfrey should not be taken internally. One can soak a cloth in the tea and use externally without issue, including those people who it is not recommended for. Not recommended for those who are pregnant, have liver issues or on lots of pharmaceutical drugs. Ingredients: Comfrey leaf, Oat straw, Nettle leaf, Horsetail, Peppermint, Echinacea root. Do not exceed use longer than 6 weeks if using internally.
